Pilates with Lindsey Lloyd

Four classes per week, learn how to control your stretching, while building strength and improving balance.


Please note classes must be pre-booked by the course, it is not possible to turn up on the day. To book a course please get in touch with Lindsey, all welcome.


Cost per class is £7


Monday evenings 6-7pm

Wednesdays 9-10am

Wednesdays 10.30 -11.30am

Thursdays 9-10am


Spring 2025 sessions are currently full however please contact Lindsey to go on the waiting list for any spaces that become available.
