We are delighted to have found a new teacher who started with us in November.  Sam is based in nearby Faulkland and brings nearly twenty years’ experience teaching Pilates and other forms of exercise in the local area.

2026 timetable

Classes will commence again w/c 5th January, there will be four classes per week and will be payable every 4 weeks, to sign up for the next courses contact Sam with your preference on time, choose from the below. Please note that some classes are already oversubscribed and you may have to join a waiting list.

Mondays : 6pm-7pm

Tuesdays: 2pm - 3pm

Wednesdays: 9am - 10am

Wednesdays: 9am - 10.15am lower level/intensity

Cost per class : £7, ie £28 for a course of 4 weeks
