Pilates : New instructor details

We are delighted to have found a new teacher who will be starting with us in November.  Sam is based in nearby Faulkland and brings nearly twenty years’ experience teaching Pilates and other forms of exercise in the local area.

Six week courses from 10th November:

Mondays evenings : 6pm-7pm : 10^th, 17^th, 24^th Nov; 1^st , 8^th, 15^th Dec

Tuesdays afternoons:  2pm-3pm : 11^th, 18^th, 25^th Nov; 2^nd, 9^th, 16^th Dec

Cost per class : £7, ie £42 for a course of 6.

For anyone interested in doing classes on other days in the future please do let Sam know as we may be adding more classes with Sam in early 2026, this way we can gauge the level of interest and it will help us to plan more sessions.  As well as mat Pilates Sam also teaches chair Pilates so it would be good to know if this would appeal to anybody.
